Position: Assistant Technology Coordinator
Reports To: Initially to the Technology Coordinator, Ultimately to the Business Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year Degree in related field
- Two (2) years experience preferred
- Demonstrated aptitude of competence for assigned responsibilities
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable
Terms of Employment:
- Twelve (12) months
- Vacation Schedule
2 weeks – First 5 years
3 weeks – 6-15 years
4 weeks – 16+ Years
Salary: To be determined by the Board of Education
Performance Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining district’s WAN and LAN infrastructure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products
- Install and maintain district’s P.C., MAC and Ipad workstations
- Install and maintain district’s printers
- Configure and deploy Cisco routers, switches, and Wireless Access Points
- Troubleshoot and maintain district’s student management system (Skyward)
- Maintain district’s inventory of computers and related peripheral devices
- Provide technical assistance to all staff
- District Website maintenance and development
- Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle available to drive (mileage reimbursement by School District)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
- Regular attendance is required
